Hello friends. 

I have always been sympathetic when I would hear of someone being diagnosed with cancer. I believe most folks are, but until I was directly impacted by this unrelenting disease, I truly never understood how hard it was on its victims and their family members. My wife, Misty, was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2018, and neither of us realized how much of a life changing event it was. It is a fight. And one we battled together, one day at a time, like many others.

Misty was victorious, and even with a few battle scars, is stronger today than she's ever been. To honor my wife, I wrote a song called War Paint, which depicts some of the moments she and I endured throughout her battle. I hope our story will give others hope and help them continue to fight as we did. And, by using our story, I hope we can raise essential funds for Susan G. Komen, an organization which supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.

I pray we can raise a TON of awarness and donations for this outstanding cause AND we help new warriors keep fighting as they take to the battlefield.
