IAFF Goes Passionately Pink for the Cure!
IAFF members are dedicated to saving lives – not just putting out fires and providing emergency medical care, but leveraging the stature of fire fighters and paramedics in communities across North America to reach out and help prevent and treat devastating diseases.
This October – in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month – the IAFF is joining the mission of Susan G. Komen for the Cure by helping to end breast cancer forever. The IAFF encourages affiliates to go Passionately Pink for the Cure by raising donations and awareness in their communities. Visit www.iaff.org for this year's pink t-shirts and lapel pins!
All individual donations collected in connection with the IAFF Passionately Pink campaign will be shared equally by the IAFF Foundation and Komen for the Cure. Please note that consolidated donations must be made through union checking accounts or credit cards.
