QuinniPR is a student run PR firm at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. Last year, we decided to hold an event to raise money for Susan G. Komen. At QU, we had a salon put pink hair strands into student's hair for $5 and all of the proceeds went to Susan G. Komen. About 500 girls came out to the event and we were able to raise $3500 towards breast cancer research. We want to make this event bigger and better this year for the second annual QuinniPR Passionately Pink for the Cure. Thank you in advance for your generosity. Every dollar counts.
