Being More Than Pink® means I'm doing more than just wearing a pink ribbon and talking about breast cancer – I am taking ACTION and participating in the 2018 Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta More Than Pink Walk.
I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer on March 3, 2017. I had a lumpectomy on March 21 and went through 7 ½ weeks of radiation from late June to mid-August, luckily no chemo was needed! Since I'm now a survivor I want to do what I can to help make a difference in other women's lives so maybe they can live the best life!
Please join me & my Priceless Tatas team and walk with us. Or a simple donation would be appreciated as well! I thank you for your support!
Your donation will support Susan G. Komen's Bold Goal of reducing the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. by 2026. How? Here in Atlanta, Komen Atlanta will accomplish this through by fighting breast cancer on two fronts – locally by providing breast health services to those who could not otherwise afford them; and globally by funding breast cancer research to find the cures.
The best way I can help achieve this goal is to fundraise, so I'm asking for you to support me by making a tax deductible donation to my More Than Pink Walk today!
Lumpectomy - $20,000
Radiation - $50,000
